Whether you’re here as a couple, with friends or on a family holiday, at the Alpenvital you’ll be staying in a quiet location – yet one that’s also right in the heart of all the action. In summer, you’ll be right by the golf course, and in winter, by the cross-country trail. You’ll also be close to the lake and have an unobstructed view of the mountains. Booking information
Arrival & departure
Check-in: from 4 p.m.

Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive after 6 p.m.
Booking conditions & deposit
To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Your reservation is secured only once we have received your written booking confirmation and your deposit. By paying your deposit, you are confirming that you have read and accept our T&Cs and Cancellation conditions.
Cancellation conditions
The right to cancellation according to Section 18 (1) (10) of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (FAGG) does not apply; instead, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGHB – General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply, with the cancellation deadlines below.
- Cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival incur no charge.
- Cancellations made up to 45 days before arrival incur a charge of 30% of the total booking price.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival incur a charge of 50% of the total booking price.
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival incur a charge of 70% of the total booking price.
- Cancellations made up to seven days before arrival will incur a charge of 90% of the total booking price.
- Cancellations made within seven days of arrival, as well as no-shows or early departures, will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking price.

Payment methods
Please note that payment cannot be made by credit card. You can pay the total amount in advance by bank transfer or on site in cash or by EC/debit card.

Final cleaning
We charge a final cleaning fee on arrival for each apartment:
- Zwölferkopf for up to 3 people: €100 per apartment
- Sonnjoch for up to 2 people: €80 per apartment
- Seeberg for up to 2 people: €60 per apartment
- Bärenkopf for up to 2 people: €60 per apartment.
Bed linen & towels
We are happy to provide bed linen, towels and tea towels on arrival. One towel change is included for stays of one week. Daily changes are available on request and for an extra charge.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night (for guests aged 15 and over) will be charged separately.
Parking spaces
Each apartment has a free parking spot right by the apartments.
Children's amenities
We are happy to provide highchairs and cots free of charge on request.
Dogs
Please note that pets are only permitted by prior arrangement, and not in all apartments.
We also ask that you bring along your own basket or cosy blanket for your pet.
We charge €20–35 per day (excluding food) for your four-legged friend, depending on their size. Cats are not allowed in our apartments.
Quiet hours
At the Alpenvital, we place great importance on peace and consideration, so parties and loud music are not permitted. Please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., so all guests can enjoy a relaxing stay.
If the apartment becomes dirty, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €50.
Breakfast
You can pre-order bread and pastries from us daily until 12 noon for the following day. Our ‘Comfort Crew’ will be happy to deliver everything to your apartment.
Ski storage room
Your winter sports equipment will be in good hands with us. In our ski storage room, which has a boot dryer, everything can be stowed away safely and be ready to hit the slopes the next day.
Bike and golf trolley storage facilities:
You can also safely store your bikes and golf trolleys in our garage.
